Phase 1- Information Gathering
During the information gathering phase, we will meet with you in order to determine your wants and needs. We will have an informal meeting in the beginning discussing your general wants and needs. Once we have a basic understanding of exactly what you are looking for, we will sit down with you and discuss in detail the exact features you need and any other requirements such as security, accessibility, operating system, etc.
Phase 2- Analyzing
The second phase is a continuation of the first phase. Once all of your wants and needs are documented, we will analyze the situation in an effort tot deliver the best solution possible. It is our goal to develop a software program which will address all of your needs and concerns and be easy to use. During this phase, a documented plan will be created outlining the key concepts of the software, the budget, the timeframe for project completion, and an ongoing support plan.
Phase 3- Design
Once the exact requirements have been determined, our development team will go to work designing the software program. Any remaining areas of the project which are unclear will be addressed and a prototype developed. The final design of the software will be presented to you for your comments and approval and only then will we begin the actual development of the software.
Phase 4- Implementation
The implementation phase of software development includes the actual coding of the software. Our development specialists will work diligently to produce the desired outcome. You will be updated periodically as to the progress of the development. Of course, you are free to contact us at any time regarding the progress of your project. We want you to feel confident that your software will be delivered as promised and on time. Milestones will be set which will represent the completion of certain functions which will be delivered to the client-you- for approval, comments, or change requests.
Phase 5- Testing
Throughout the development of your software, we will be testing every function along the way. We will test the software under the most stressful of environments, check for maximum load capabilities, and test the functionality of the software in order to ensure a very high-quality and dependable final version of the software. The purpose of this constant testing is to ensure the program will be ready to use as soon as you receive it.
Phase 6- Deployment
The sixth phase of the software development process is deployment. During the deployment phase, the software will be delivered to you, ready to use. We will help you in the initial launching of the software and ensure everything is functioning properly. Once the software development is complete and delivered, we will provide you with complete documentation upon your request.
Phase 7- Maintenance and Debugging
The possibility of a bug is rare but still exists. For a period of time agreed upon during the Discovery phase, we will monitor the performance of the software and analyze its performance in relation to the success measures determined in the first phase. If any development issues should arise during this time, we will be able to quickly address the issues and keep the software functioning properly.
